Minerva Surgical Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

(Minerva Surgical), a women's health company focused on the treatment of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB), today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,250,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $12.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Minerva Surgical. The gross proceeds of the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Minerva Surgical, are expected to be $75.0 million.
