Life Time Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
October 6, 2021 7:08 PM EDTCHANHASSEN, Minn., Oct. 6, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Life Time Group Holdings, Inc. ("Life Time") announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 39,000,000 shares of its common stock, at a public offering price of $18.00 per share. Shares of Life Time common stock are expected to begin trading on The New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "LTH" on October 7, 2021. The offering is expected to close on October 12, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
