Live Nation Entertainment Announces Pricing of $450 Million Common Stock Offering
September 15, 2021 12:20 AM EDTLOS ANGELES, Sept. 15, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Â Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: LYV) ("we" or the "company") today announced the pricing of its previously announced offering of 5,239,259 shares of common stock, at a public offering price of $86.90 per share. The issuance and sale of the common stock are scheduled to settle on September 17, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
