(NYSE: AGL), the company transforming health care for seniors by empowering primary-care physicians to focus on the entire health of their patients, announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 17,000,000 shares of its common stock by certain selling stockholders at a public offering price of $30.00 per share.
