Hooker Furniture Achieves Double-Digit Sales, Income Gains in Second Quarter
September 9, 2021 6:00 AM EDTMARTINSVILLE, Va., Sept. 09, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hooker Furniture Corporation (NASDAQ-GS: HOFT) today reported consolidated net sales of $162.5 million for its fiscal 2022 second quarter ended August 1, 2021, a $32.0 million, or 25%, increase compared to the prior year period.
Net income for the second quarter was $7.5 million, or $0.62 per diluted share, a 29% increase from a year ago. Â
