Easterly Government Properties Announces Forward Common Stock Offering
August 11, 2021 4:04 PM EDTWASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Easterly Government Properties, Inc. (NYSE: DEA) (the Company), a fully integrated real estate investment trust focused primarily on the acquisition, development and management of Class A commercial properties leased to the U.S. Government, announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 6,300,000 shares of its common stock in connection with the forward sale agreements described below. In connection with the offering, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 945,000 shares of common stock.
