The common stock dividend is payable Sept. 15, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 19, 2021.

August 4, 2021 7:05 AM EDTSPOKANE, Wash., Aug. 04, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Avista Corp. (NYSE: AVA) today reported net income of $14.1 million, or $0.20 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2021, compared to $17.5 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2020. For the six months ended June 30, 2021, net income was $82.1 million, or $1.18 per diluted share, compared to $65.9 million, or $0.98 per diluted share for the six months ended June 30, 2020.
