Penn National Gaming (PENN) Tops Q2 EPS by 32c

Penn National Gaming (NASDAQ: PENN) reported Q2 EPS of $1.17, $0.32 better than the analyst estimate of $0.85. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.55 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.42 billion.

Adjusted EBITDA of $470.1 million, an increase of $549.4 million year over year and $153.6 million versus 2019;Adjusted EBITDAR of $586.6 million, an increase of $562.1 million year over year and $180.1 million versus 2019; andAdjusted EBITDAR margins of 37.9%, up 2,993 basis points year over year and 722 basis points versus 2019.
