July 28, 2021 1:53 AM EDTFOLSOM, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PowerSchool Holdings, Inc., (NYSE: PWSC) (PowerSchool), the leading provider of cloud-based software for K-12 education in North America, today announced the pricing of its underwritten initial public offering of 39,473,685 shares of Class A common stock at a price to the public of $18.00 per share.
