July 26, 2021 4:15 PM EDTAUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Campus Communities, Inc. (NYSE: ACC) today announced the following financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.
Highlights
Reported net loss attributable to ACC of $9.4 million or $0.07 per fully diluted share, versus net loss of $13.3 million or $0.10 per fully diluted share in the second quarter 2020. Reported FFOM of $58.8 million or $0.42 per fully diluted share, versus $50.9 million or $0.37 per fully diluted share in the second quarter prior year.
