Natera Announces Pricing of Follow-On Offering

(Nasdaq:Â NTRA), a pioneer and global leader in cell-free DNA testing, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 4,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $113.00 per share. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on July 26, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
