Verizon Communications (VZ) Tops Q2 EPS by 8c; Raises Outlook

Verizon Communications (NYSE: VZ) reported Q2 EPS of $1.37, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $1.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $33.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $32.68 billion.
