Pop Culture Group Co., Ltd Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 30, 2021 8:30 AM EDTXIAMEN, China, June 30, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Pop Culture Group Co., Ltd (the "Company"), a hip-pop culture company in China, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering (the "Offering") of 6,200,000 Class A Ordinary Shares at a public offering price of US$6.00 per share. The Class A Ordinary Shares have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Global Market and are expected to commence trading on June 30, 2021 under the ticker symbol "CPOP."
The Company expects to receive aggregate gross proceeds of US$37.2 million from the Offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and other related expenses. In... More
