Novan Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
June 16, 2021 4:01 PM EDTDURHAM, N.C., June 16, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Novan, Inc. (the Company or Novan) (NASDAQ: NOVN) today announced a proposed underwritten public offering of its common stock (the Offering). All shares to be sold in the Offering will be sold by Novan.
