Oracle Announces Fiscal 2021 Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Full Year Financial Results
June 15, 2021 4:05 PM EDTAUSTIN, Texas, June 15, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Â Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) today announced fiscal 2021 Q4 results. Total quarterly revenues were up 8% year-over-year to $11.2 billion. Cloud services and license support revenues were up 8% to $7.4 billion. Cloud license and on-premise license revenues were up 9% to $2.1 billion.
Q4 GAAP operating income was up 5% to $4.5 billion, and GAAP operating margin was 40%. Non-GAAP operating income was up 6% to $5.4 billion and non-GAAP operating margin was 49%.
