American Software’s Board Approves the Quarterly Cash Dividend
May 27, 2021 10:49 AM EDTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.11 per share. The dividend is payable to the Companys Class A and Class B Shareholders of record at the close of business on August 13, 2021, to be paid on or about August 27, 2021.
