Sphere 3D Corp. Announces Pricing of $7.0 Million Public Offering of Common Shares

(NASDAQ: ANY) (the "Company" or "Sphere 3D") announced today the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 5,600,000 common shares at a price to the public of $1.25 per share for gross proceeds of $7.0 million.
Maxim Group LLC is acting as sole book-running manager in connection with the offering.
Sphere 3D also has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 840,000 common shares, at the public offering price less discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on or about May... More
