Sealed Air Raises Quarterly Cash Dividend
May 18, 2021 4:30 PM EDTCHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE: SEE) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a 25% increase in the Companys quarterly cash dividend. The quarterly cash dividend will increase from $0.16 per common share to $0.20 per common share. The dividend is payable on June 18, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 4, 2021.
