GreenBox POS Announces Board Approval of Share Buyback Program
May 13, 2021 4:15 PM EDTSAN DIEGO, CA, May 13, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GreenBox POS (NASDAQ: GBOX) ("GreenBox" or the "Company"), an emerging financial technology company leveraging proprietary blockchain security to build customized payment solutions today announced the Board of Directors has approved a share buyback program. Under the program, share buybacks may be made from time-to-time in the open market and negotiated purchases. Each buyback round will require additional Board consent.
