Ambac Reports First Quarter 2021 Results
May 10, 2021 7:05 AM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: AMBC) ("Ambac"), a financial services holding company, today reported Net Income attributable to common stockholders of $17 million or $0.08(1) per diluted share and Adjusted Earnings(2) of $41 million or $0.59 per diluted share for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. This compares to a Net Loss attributable to common stockholders of $14 million or $0.31 per diluted share and Adjusted Earnings of $4 million or $0.08 per diluted share in the fourth quarter of 2020.
