WestRock Increases Dividend 20% to New Annualized Rate of $0.96 Per Share
May 5, 2021 6:28 AM EDTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- WestRock Company (NYSE: WRK) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share on its common stock, an increase of $0.04 per share from its previous dividend rate and representing an annualized increase of $0.16 per share, or 20%. The quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share will be paid to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 19, 2021 and will be paid on May 28, 2021.
