(the Company), Bayonne, NJ (NASDAQ: BCBP), the holding company for BCB Community Bank (the Bank), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share. The dividend will be payable May 24, 2021, to common shareholders of record on May 10, 2021.
