Humanigen Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Five Million Shares of Common Stock

Humanigen, Inc. (Nasdaq: HGEN) (Humanigen), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on preventing and treating an immune hyper-response called cytokine storm with its lead drug candidate lenzilumab, today announced that it has priced its underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $18.50 per share, resulting in gross proceeds to Humanigen of approximately $92.5 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.
