March 26, 2021 9:31 AM EDTGeneral Motors (NYSE: GM) announced two new high-level additions to its Board of Directors with the ex Hewlett Packard (HPE) CEO Meg Whitman and National Basketball Association (NBA) Chief Operating Officer (COO) Mark Tatum joining to expand the Board to 13 members, 12 of whom are independent directors.
