AVEO Announces Pricing of $48.0 Million Public Offering of Common Stock
March 23, 2021 10:32 PM EDTBOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AVEO Oncology (Nasdaq: AVEO) today announced that it has priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $8.00 per share. The gross proceeds to AVEO from the offering are expected to be $48.0 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.
