G&P Acquisition Corp. Announces Pricing of $175 Million Initial Public Offering

("G&P" or the "Company"), announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 17,500,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") under the ticker symbol "GAPA.U" commencing on March 11, 2021.
