Dynex Capital, Inc. Announces Public Offering of Common Stock
March 3, 2021 4:22 PM ESTGLEN ALLEN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dynex Capital, Inc. (NYSE: DX) (the Company) announced today that it intends to make a public offering of 3,500,000 shares of its common stock. In connection with the offering, the Company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 525,000 shares of its common stock.
J.P. Morgan and JMP Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
