Hamilton Lane Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Class A Common Stock
March 2, 2021 9:00 AM ESTBALA CYNWYD, Pa., March 02, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Private markets asset management firm Hamilton Lane Incorporated (NASDAQ: HLNE) (Hamilton Lane) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering by Hamilton Lane and certain selling stockholders of 1,453,110 shares of Class A common stock, in the aggregate, for gross proceeds of $128.2 million. The offering is expected to close on March 4, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
