Goldenbridge Acquisition Limited Announces Pricing of $50 Million Initial Public Offering
March 1, 2021 7:30 PM ESTNEW YORK, , March 01, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Goldenbridge Acquisition Limited (NASDAQ: GBRGU, the "Company") announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 5,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed on The NASDAQ Capital Market ("NASDAQ") and trade under the ticker symbol "GBRGU" beginning tomorrow, March 2, 2021. Each unit consists of one ordinary share, one warrant to purchase one-half of one ordinary share, and one right to receive one-tenth of one ordinary share upon the consummation of the Company's initial business combination.
