Royal Caribbean Group announces proposed offering of common stock
March 1, 2021 7:13 AM ESTMIAMI, March 1, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Â Royal Caribbean Group (NYSE: RCL) (the "Company") today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $1.5 billion of shares of common stock of the Company. The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
