For the full year, record revenue of $333.4 million and Adjusted Revenue of $341.2 million, up 39.9% and 38.7% over 2019, respectively. Net loss for fourth quarter 2020 was $2.9 million and $2.2 million for the full year (which includes $1.0 million and $4.3 million of business combination and acquisition related costs, respectively and $1.0 million and $4.2 million of facilities lease restructuring costs, respectively).
