Starwood Property Trust Reports Results for the Quarter and Year Ended December 31, 2020

(NYSE: STWD) today announced operating results for the fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2020. The Company's fourth quarter 2020 GAAP net income was $107.0 million, or $0.37 per diluted share, and Distributable Earnings (a non-GAAP financial measure) was $148.4 million, or $0.50 per diluted share. The Company's full year 2020 GAAP net income was $331.7 million, or $1.16 per diluted share, and Distributable Earnings was $585.3 million, or $1.98 per diluted share.
