Oil States Announces Fourth Quarter 2020 Results of Operations
February 17, 2021 5:10 PM ESTHOUSTON, Feb. 17, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Oil States International, Inc. (NYSE: OIS) reported a net loss for the fourth quarter of 2020 of $18.7Â million, or $0.31Â per share, which included non-cash asset impairment charges of $4.3Â million ($3.4Â million after-tax, or $0.06Â per share) and severance and restructuring charges of $2.7Â million ($2.2Â million after-tax, or $0.04 per share).
During the fourth quarter of 2020, the Company generated revenues of $137.4Â million and Adjusted Consolidated EBITDA (Note A) of $2.2Â million (excluding $2.7Â million of severance and restructuring charges).
