American Software’s Board Approves the Quarterly Cash Dividend
February 17, 2021 3:23 PM ESTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.11 per share. The dividend is payable to the Companys Class A and Class B Shareholders of record at the close of business on May 7, 2021, to be paid on or about May 21, 2021.
