Fourth Quarter 2020 and Full Year 2020 Highlights
Year over year, in Q4 2020, total revenues increased 4.5% to $464 million, property operating and maintenance costs increased 0.6% to $169 million, net income available to common stockholders increased 36.0% to $71 million, and net income per diluted common share increased 30.2% to $0.12.
