Financial Highlights
Fourth-quarter 2020 net sales were $453.2 million, up 2.6% from the $441.9 million in the fourth quarter of 2019. Fiscal year 2020 net sales were $1.726 billion, slightly above the high end of the Companys previously provided guidance range.
