Welltower (WELL) Tops Q4 EPS by 21c; Offers 1Q EPS Guidance Above Consensus
February 9, 2021 4:16 PM ESTWelltower (NYSE: WELL) reported Q4 EPS of $0.39, $0.21 better than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.12 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.14 billion.
