(NASDAQ: HJLI), a developer of medical devices that restore cardiac and vascular health, today announced the pricing of its upsized underwritten public offering of units for gross proceeds of approximately $36 million, prior to deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by the company.
