The New York Times Company Reports 2020 Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year Results and Announces Dividend Increase
February 4, 2021 7:00 AM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The New York Times Company (NYSE: NYT) announced today fourth-quarter 2020 diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of $.06 compared with $.41 in the same period of 2019. Adjusted diluted earnings per share from continuing operations (defined below) was $.40 in the fourth quarter of 2020 compared with $.43 in the fourth quarter of 2019.
