Eaton (ETN) to Acquire Cobham Mission Systems for $2.83 Billion
February 1, 2021 6:58 AM ESTPower management company Eaton (NYSE: ETN) today announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Cobham Mission Systems (CMS), a leading manufacturer of air-to-air refueling systems, environmental systems, and actuation primarily for defense markets.
