January 28, 2021 9:08 PM ESTCAMBRIDGE, Mass., Jan. 28, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Evelo Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq: EVLO) (Evelo), a clinical stage biotechnology company developing a new modality of orally delivered medicines, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 4,500,000 shares of its common stock, at a public offering price of $15.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions.
