East West Bancorp Reports Net Income for 2020 of $568 Million and Diluted Earnings Per Share of $3.97, Increases Dividend By 20%
January 28, 2021 8:00 AM ESTPASADENA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- East West Bancorp, Inc. (East West or the Company) (Nasdaq: EWBC), parent company of East West Bank, the financial bridge between the United States and Greater China, today reported its financial results for the full year and fourth quarter of 2020. For the full year 2020, net income was $567.8 million, or $3.97 per diluted share. For the fourth quarter of 2020, net income was $164.1 million, or $1.15 per diluted share.
