Cryoport Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock

(Nasdaq: CYRX) ("Cryoport" or the "Company"), a global leader in temperature-controlled supply chain solutions for the life sciences industry, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 3,787,878 newly issued shares of common stock at a public offering price of $66.00 per share. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 568,181 shares of common stock.
