(Nasdaq: ACRS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel drug candidates for immuno-inflammatory diseases, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 5,483,714 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $17.50 per share.
