Editas Medicine Announces Offering of Common Stock
January 19, 2021 4:01 PM ESTCAMBRIDGE, Mass., Jan. 19, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Editas Medicine, Inc. (Nasdaq: EDIT), a leading gene editing company, today announced that it intends to offer and sell 3,500,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Editas Medicine intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 525,000 shares of its common stock. All of the shares in the offering are to be sold by Editas Medicine.
