Poshmark, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
January 13, 2021 8:58 PM ESTREDWOOD CITY, Calif., Jan. 13, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Â Poshmark, Inc. (Poshmark)Â today announced the pricing of the initial public offering (IPO) of 6,600,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $42.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Poshmark. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Jan. 14, 2021 under the symbol "POSH."
