Amwell Announces Launch of Proposed Public Offering
January 12, 2021 4:36 PM ESTBOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Amwell® (NYSE: AMWL), a national telehealth leader, today announced that it has commenced the roadshow for a proposed public offering. Amwell has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for certain selling stockholders (the Selling Stockholders) to offer 11,280,647 shares of Amwells Class A common stock to the public.
