Old Republic Declares A Special, One-Time Cash Dividend Of $1.00 Per Share
December 18, 2020 11:49 AM ESTCHICAGO, Dec. 18, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Â The Board of Directors of Old Republic International Corporation (NYSE: ORI) has declared a special, one-time cash dividend of $1.00 per share. The dividend will be paid on January 15, 2021 to shareholders of record on January 5, 2021.
