Cerner Announces Increased Quarterly Dividend
December 11, 2020 9:00 AM ESTKANSAS CITY, Mo., Dec. 11, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cerner Corporation (Nasdaq: CERN), a global health care technology company, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend to stockholders of $0.22 per issued and outstanding share, up 22% from the prior quarterly dividend of $0.18. The cash dividend will be payable on Jan. 12, 2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 28, 2020.
