Ichor Announces Pricing of Upsized Public Offering of 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares
December 9, 2020 7:45 PM ESTFREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ichor Holdings, Ltd. (NASDAQ: ICHR), a leader in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of critical fluid delivery subsystems and components for semiconductor capital equipment, today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 4,000,000 of its ordinary shares at $31.75 per share. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 of its ordinary shares at the public offering price, less underwriting commissions. The offering was upsized from the previously announced public offering of 3,500,000 ordinary shares.
